    Sign in with SSO

    Sign in with Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID. Your email domain is mapped to your workspace automatically. The first sign-in for a new domain provisions the workspace in seconds — branding, language and timezone pulled from your identity provider.

    Calibrate brand voice

    Upload brand guidelines, wording guides or example copy — or answer five questions on tone, formality and banned terms. OpenBase applies your brand voice to every answer, every image and every creative brief.

    Connect your sources

    Slack, Gmail, Drive, Confluence, Notion, HubSpot, Jira and Asana connect via OAuth in seconds. Read-only by default; write access is enabled explicitly when OpenBase should post Slack messages or create HubSpot notes, for example.

    Build your knowledge base

    Upload pitch decks, contracts, notes or wikis. OpenBase indexes them with source references, so every answer is traceable. Knowledge can be scoped to areas, teams or specific people.

    Work in the workspace

    Ask questions in chat across every leading model, draft texts, generate images, run research or build dashboards — together in shared projects. All in the same workspace, with your brand voice and your context. Audit log included.

    Automate recurring work

    Decide what should run regularly: weekly reports, competitor updates, customer-meeting prep. With approval workflows you decide what runs automatically and what is queued for review.
