Workspace data (conversations, files, company wiki) lives in Frankfurt, Germany, on Digital Ocean Managed PostgreSQL and object storage. Each workspace has an isolated schema, technically separated from every other tenant.

By default, no. The enabled AI providers run via commercial APIs without training rights. Admins can allow additional providers per workspace — the training policy of each provider is shown clearly when enabling it.

Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) from day one — plus passwordless email login with magic link and a 6-digit code. Custom SSO setups (e.g. SAML) on request on the Enterprise plan. Classic passwords do not exist by design: nothing to forget, nothing to leak.
