Great — can you break down the enterprise segment by region?

Message Q4 Strategy...

The problem

AI is everywhere in your company. The company itself gets nothing out of it.

Marketing uses ChatGPT. HR tries Copilot. Sales buys Gemini. Everyone solves their own problem on their own account. Knowledge stays with the person, brand consistency drops, costs spread across ten invoices — and the company is no smarter for it.

01

Tools everywhere, no shared foundation

ChatGPT Team here, Copilot there, Notion AI somewhere else. Each one needs a fresh briefing, knows a fraction of your reality, shares nothing with the others.

02

Outputs that do not sound like you

Generic AI gives generic answers. Without your brand, your decks and your CRM, every text reads like every other company. Employees rewrite by hand.

03

No learning, no control

What one person figures out, they keep. Nobody sees who uses which model for what, what it costs, whether it is compliant. AI adoption without governance is shadow IT at premium prices.

Features

What runs on the operating system. Six areas, one shared context.

Brand, knowledge, tools and permissions live once in the workspace. Every area uses them automatically; every team works from the same state.

Chat

Donna + Council of Experts

Donna is the chief of staff who knows your company and runs the work. On hard questions, she pulls in the right council member — CFO, Lawyer, Risk Officer, CMO or Devil’s Advocate. Curated, eval-tested, anti-sycophancy by default.

Connectors

Connectors, not silos

Slack, Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Confluence, Notion, HubSpot, Jira, Asana, Shopware, LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads. Your data stays where it lives — OpenBase reads through secure OAuth connections with a full audit trail.

Knowledge

Knowledge base & brand voice

Upload brand guidelines, decks, contracts and notes — or index connected sources. Answers come with source references and in your tone, configured per language.

Agent

Mandates with approval

Each connector ships its own mandates — inbox triage, mentions watch, calendar brief. Active on connect, toggle off individually when noisy. External actions still require explicit approval.

Spaces

Spaces for creative, analytics and image

Full marketing projects from briefing to social post, live dashboards from your operational data, images in your brand style with identity and composition control. All versioned, approved, in the workspace.

Admin

Governance & cost control

Per-user and per-model usage and cost analytics, model whitelisting, full audit log, custom council personas on request. One central place instead of five shadow accounts.

Donna & the council

A chief of staff and an in-house council of ten, in one workspace.

Donna knows your brand, your data and your permissions — and runs the work without you having to brief from scratch every time. When the question gets hard (investment, contract, irreversible move), she pulls in the right council member automatically. Ten curated personas with eval-tested prompts and anti-sycophancy by default.

Mandates instead of black-box autonomy — with approval

Every connector you grant Donna brings its own mandates: inbox triage with Gmail, mentions watch with Slack, daily brief with Calendar. Named, individually revocable, with explicit approval for any external action.

Knowledge & connectors

Shared memory instead of scattered knowledge islands.

Upload brand guidelines, pitch decks, contracts and notes directly — or connect Slack, Gmail, Drive, Confluence, Notion, HubSpot, Jira, Asana and Shopware. Donna and the council all draw from the same sources; every answer comes with source references.

How it works

Sign in. Connect. AI works for the whole company.

No setup, no week-long onboarding. The workspace is ready after the first sign-in. As soon as your tools are connected and your brand is calibrated, OpenBase runs with the real context of your company.

  1. 1

    Sign in via SSO

Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID. Your email domain is mapped to your workspace automatically. New domain? Workspace provisions in seconds.

  2. 2

Plug in your tools and knowledge

Slack, Gmail, Drive, Confluence, HubSpot, Jira, Asana — connected via OAuth with a full audit trail. Upload brand guidelines, decks and notes directly, or have connected sources indexed.

  3. 3

Every team works from the same source of truth

Marketing writes in your brand voice. HR finds the Confluence answer that actually applies. Operations runs routines, IT sees every action in the audit log. No more tool sprawl.

Your workspace environment

One workspace for your whole company.

Identity, knowledge, tools and rules live once — every area and every team works on top.

  • Shared context for every team

Brand voice, knowledge base and connectors live once in the workspace. Marketing, HR, Sales and Operations work from the same state — no briefing ping-pong between tools.

  • SSO with your work account

Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID. Sign in, you are in. No password vault, no invitation links, no provisioning tickets.

  • So IT can sign off

EU hosting in Frankfurt, tenant isolation at the database level, full audit log. There so OpenBase can be deployed everywhere in the company — not what we sell on.

Who is this for?

For companies where AI is already used everywhere — and the company itself still gets nothing out of it.

Marketing teams

Brand voice baked in, image generation in your visual style, creative briefings in the same workspace. The CMO from the council reviews the headline before it ships. No more ChatGPT outputs that do not sound like you.

Operations & HR

A knowledge base that actually finds what is in Confluence. Donna writes reports, summarizes reviews, runs routines — with approval workflows for anything that goes outside.

IT & governance leads

One central platform instead of five shadow tools. Per-user and per-model usage and cost analytics, model whitelisting, full audit log. You can see exactly where your data lives — IT does not have to sign off begrudgingly, IT finally gets visibility.

FAQ

What teams and IT ask first.

How is OpenBase different from ChatGPT Team or Microsoft Copilot?

OpenBase is an operating system for the AI work in your company. ChatGPT Team gives every user a chat. Copilot lives in Office. OpenBase sits underneath: brand, knowledge, connectors and governance in one place, every team working on top — with Donna as chief of staff and the council as in-house experts.

What is the Council of Experts?

Ten curated personas — CFO, Lawyer, Risk Officer, Engineer, Devil’s Advocate, Visionary, Optimist, Business Developer, CMO, Shipper. Each with an eval-tested prompt and anti-sycophancy. Donna pulls them in automatically when the domain calls for it; admins decide which personas are active in the workspace.

Which connectors are available?

Slack, Gmail, Google Workspace/Drive, Outlook, Confluence, Notion, HubSpot, Jira, Asana, Shopware, LinkedIn, Meta and Google Ads. Connection via OAuth with full audit trail. Custom sources can be added on request.

How do Donna mandates work?

Each connector you set up brings its own mandates — named proactive tasks Donna takes on (inbox triage, mentions watch, calendar brief). On Pro they are active on connect; on the trial workspace they start off and you opt in per mandate. If a mandate becomes too much, you toggle it off in the connector settings or directly on the Canvas item that produced it. The underlying tools remain available in chat.

Which AI models does OpenBase use?

OpenBase uses frontier models like Anthropic Claude Sonnet 4 and Haiku, OpenAI GPT-4o, Google Gemini 2.5 Pro and others — through routes we control. By default only providers with no-training guarantees on API inputs are enabled. Admins decide per workspace which models are available.

Which languages are supported?

Donna understands and answers fluently in English, German and over twenty other languages. You can configure your brand voice per language.

How much does OpenBase cost?

Trial workspace free up to €15 of model usage — full product, no credit card. Pro: €19 per user/month — Donna, the council, connectors, knowledge base, mandates and hosting included, with fair inclusive limits for professional use. Heavy users enable Burst per seat; admins set a monthly cap per user. Enterprise with volume pricing, commit pricing and dedicated customer success.

How quickly can we get started?

Sign in with Google or Microsoft, the workspace is there. First connectors connected in two minutes. Brand voice calibrated in under ten minutes.

Where is my data stored?

Workspace data (conversations, files, knowledge base) lives in Frankfurt, Germany, on Digital Ocean Managed PostgreSQL and object storage. Each workspace has an isolated schema, technically separated from every other tenant.

Are our inputs used to train the AI?

By default, no. The enabled AI providers run via commercial APIs without training rights. Admins can allow additional providers per workspace — the training policy of each provider is shown clearly when enabling it.

Which single sign-on options do you support?

Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) from day one. Custom SSO setups (e.g. SAML) on request on the Enterprise plan. Classic password login is not offered by design.

What happens if we cancel?

Full data export at any time. After cancellation, deletion within 30 days, on request with a deletion confirmation.

Not another chatbot. The infrastructure underneath.

The difference is context. OpenBase knows your brand, your data and your permissions. Donna runs the work, the council pushes back when it should — curated, eval-tested, with anti-sycophancy by default.

One platform for every team in your company, not one chatbot per department. Decisions get captured. Outputs sound like you. IT sees every action.
